Beaches Sangha Meeting

Beaches Sangha is a welcoming Secular Buddhist group, inspired by the traditional concept of ‘sangha’ as a spiritual community. We focus on practical insights from the Buddha’s teachings to help navigate life’s challenges. Our meetings explore Buddhist teachings in a modern, accessible way, led by our experienced teacher Lenorë Lambert, an Organisational Psychologist with over 20 years of practice and author of ‘The Buddha for Modern Minds’.
Meditation is one of the foundations of Buddhist practice, but no two people experience it in quite the same way. This week we’ll set aside our usual study to explore meditation itself. Through a series of thoughtful questions, we’ll reflect on how we each approach meditation, what we’ve learned, the challenges we’ve faced, and how our practice has shaped our lives beyond the meditation cushion.
The evening isn’t about finding the “right” way to meditate, but about learning from one another’s experience. Whether you’re an experienced meditator or simply curious about the practice, we’d love you to join the conversation.
New members are always welcome, whether you’re new to meditation or Buddhist teachings — contact Brett Ullman via sa************@***il.com (0438 653 472) for more information or to discuss your first visit.
